    Hourly Rate includes Minor Maintenance & Repairs. Any outsourced Maintenance or Repairs will be supervised without markup.


    Supervision hours will be limited to work inception and completion in order to assure work is done timely and properly.

    Payment terms & conditions

    • 50% deposit due at scheduling the vessel delivery, the remainder is due upon arrival at final destination.
    • Rates include power or sail vessels. Sailing vessels will be delivered under mechanical propulsion only.
    • A full day is 10-12 hrs or until we arrive at our berth for the end of the day.
    • Captain’s work day is from dawn to dusk or when arriving at the marina targeted for the end of day (barring
      any unforeseen circumstances).
    • The return transportation cost is included in the final invoice, along with a complete Captain’s report of
      delivery, stops, events, fuel, transient dockage, nautical miles, and receipts acquired during voyage.
    • The owner is responsible for all expenses incurred, including but not limited to: transportation, fuel, repairs,
      dockage, and any other expense incurred while delivering the vessel to its destination.
    • Once the vessel is docked at the final destination, the clock stops for the yacht owner.
    • Any vessel needing to run 24 hours per day could require up to 2 captains and up to 2 crew members.
      Nonstop travel requires additional personnel in order to accommodate 3 hour intervals for wheel-watches
    • All vessel deliveries require a minimum one captain and one crew member.
    • Final payment is due immediately upon delivery of the vessel to its destination.
